Streamline has accomplished this feat. For our development situated at the corner of Winton and Blossom Road, our team was able to secure two national investment grade tenants. Starbucks and Well Now Urgent Care. This will be Starbucks first drive thru location and WellNow’s first in the Rochester Metro.
For all of our projects, we strive to add value for the local community. For this project we were able to add value for local entrepreneurs and businesses. By bolstering this asset with investment grade tenants, we were able to offer opportunities for local businesses to position themselves into a highly desired retail corridor. We are constructing a third building on site using high quality materials to improve the aesthetic of the community. This building will be 16,000 square feet, two stories. The intention is to offer valuable first floor retail as well as modern class A second floor offices.
